What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. They help a site remember settings and understand how it is used. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your device.

How BettingBangladesh uses cookies

BettingBangladesh is an information site. It does not offer accounts, betting or payments, and it does not ask for passwords or bank details.

  • Strictly necessary: technical storage needed for the site to load and work correctly, for example remembering the language you chose.
  • Analytics (if enabled): anonymous statistics about which pages are visited, used only to improve the content. Analytics cookies are set only where the law requires your consent and you give it.
  • Preferences: remembering simple choices so you do not have to repeat them on every visit.

Third-party services

Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the font files. Some outbound links lead to bookmaker websites (affiliate links). When you click such a link and visit the other site, that site may set its own cookies, including cookies that record the referral. Those cookies are governed by the other site’s own policy, not by this one.

Reader reviews

When you leave a review, BettingBangladesh stores your name, email address, rating, review text and the date. The email address is used only for moderation and is never published. A one-way hash of your IP address is kept to limit spam. Reviews are stored on Cloudflare and published only after moderation.

To ask for your review to be removed, write to the address in the Contact section below.

How to control cookies

You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect how parts of the site work. Most browsers also offer a private mode that removes cookies when the window is closed.

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
